FrontRunner Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FrontRunner mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FrontRunner is a team collaboration and task management application that allows users to:

• Create and manage teams
• Assign and track tasks
• Share posts and updates
• Collaborate with team members
• Manage team invitations and memberships

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the App for lawful purposes only, including:

• Creating and managing teams for legitimate collaboration
• Sharing appropriate content with team members
• Using the App's features as intended

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App.

5.2 Content License

By posting content, you grant FrontRunner a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the App's services.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post and share through the App. You must ensure your content:

• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on others' rights
• Is appropriate and not harmful to others

6. Team Management

6.1 Team Creation

• You may create teams for legitimate collaboration purposes
• You are responsible for managing your teams and their members
• Team names must be appropriate and not misleading

6.2 Team Membership

• Team admins can invite and manage team members
• Members can leave teams at any time
• Team admins can remove members for violations of these Terms

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://frontrunnerapp.io/privacypolicy.

7.2 Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 App Ownership

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FrontRunner App Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONTRUNNER APP INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontRunner App Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
